    On Target Earnings: $85,000 - $110,000 Base + Commission Full-Time Event Travel: 5-7 times/Year Why This Role Matters: As our Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for real estate professionals. You'll open doors, qualify candidates, and book meetings that grow our great community. This isn't just about numbers—it's about relationships, impact, and legacy. Responsibilities: • Identify, research, and engage high-level real estate business owners • Qualify prospects based on investment activity, mindset, and fit • Build trust and spark meaningful, high-level conversations • Book strategic consultations with our executive sales team • Use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator • Partner with sales & marketing to fine-tune messaging and targeting • Stay sharp on real estate trends and market shifts • Support and attend CG events to meet prospects and members in person Qualifications: Who We’re Looking for: • 2+ years in SDR/BDR or outbound sales roles • Strong communicator with emotional intelligence and executive presence • Track record of exceeding performance goals • CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce) • Bonus: Experience with real estate investors or HNW clients • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Outreach or LinkedIn Sales Navigator Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 yearly
