    Position Overview:

    As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager, you play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by developing and implementing strategies to enable our Creative Cloud Specialists (“CCS”) based in North America and EMEA! Focusing on the top GTM priorities, your primary focus will be crafting and delivering learning experiences specific to our global cohort of CCS who require specialized skills to uncover business needs and deliver our unique value proposition. Which means we will be much more targeted in our enablement of specific solution value propositions, value-based demos and solid business case creation to validate our innovative solutions. This role will focus on Corporate Creative Cloud Specialists across NA +EMEA.This role requires a strategic problem solver with effective communication and customer facing experience. We believe we have the best products in the market for creativity and productivity, and this position will play an exciting role in ensuring Adobe delivers the best possible experiences to our selling audience and our valued customers!

    Your primary focus will be

    • Drive capacity, add next level specialization across product knowledge, sales plays, process
    • Translate complex technical insights into clear, customer-ready messaging
    • Develop CCS to be experts in our messaging and anchoring to customer problems

    Responsibilities

    • You will be the trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the needs of this role.
    • Become a strategic partner to sales and operations roles.
    • Design, deliver world class exercises develop skills that build executive relationships that drive growth.
    • Uncover training needs through traditional call monitoring and skill assessments.
    • As the CCS SME make recommendations for new or updated process and topics.
    • Design strategies that will be influenced and validated across sales leadership.
    • Build relevant and role-specific content, outside of core messaging, that develops how the CCS participate in account planning, prepare for, and deliver deep discovery.
    • Ensure the specific needs such as general rules of engagement, value based selling motion, product training, financial acumen, business planning are provided along with application and adoption.
    • Deliver training needs from basic to the most dynamic/advanced technology requirements.
    • Correlate new behaviors with sales success.
    • Develop and implement a clear communication strategy to effectively promote enablement programs across the organization, engaging additional role-based teams as needed to enhance reach and impact.

    Required Skills and Credentials

    • BS/BA degree + 10 years professional experience in sales enablement leadership role, preferably in a large corporate environment
    • Experience working directly with customers in a selling capacity
    • Extremely organized and motivated to prioritize and balance multiple priorities
    • Proven interpersonal, time management, problem-solving skills
    • Referenceable experience crafting and driving training strategies and delivery, including API and Artificial Intelligence content
    • Skilled at effectively presenting with all levels of leadership, both written and verbal communication
    • Experienced in effectively building and implementing world class, large-scale, enablement and training experiences
    • Deep understanding of industry standards and certifications
    • Ability to translate big picture ideas into action & establish relationships across the organisations alternative viewpoints
    • Self-motivated, with proven record of accomplishments contributing as a team member
    • Flexibility to travel (international) to stay in touch with teams and collaborators

    Preferred Qualification

    • Experience working in a sales environment and a strong understanding of direct sales models
    • Experience using Adobe products
    • Experience working directly with the partner ecosystem

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $116,000 -- $196,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
