    Job Description

    IceKredit is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Engineer to join our team with a focus on the online and lending industry. In this Senior Sales Engineer role, you will lead sales and business development efforts for AI risk management solutions, supporting organizations in identifying, evaluating, and addressing risks related to adopting artificial intelligence technologies. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the challenges of AI governance, compliance, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in risk management solutions, a history of strong sales achievements, and established connections with key decision-makers in the industry. Success in this position requires expertise in managing complex sales cycles and building lasting client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Develop and execute sales strategies to promote AI risk management products and services to enterprise clients.

    · Educate clients on best practices for AI governance, regulatory compliance, and ethical considerations.

    · Drive new business development and revenue growth by selling advanced risk management products and solutions to online lenders, FinTech’s, and related organizations.

    · Leverage existing relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.

    · Serve as a trusted technical advisor, articulating the value proposition of our offerings and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.

    · Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met and solutions are delivered successfully.

    · Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with prospective clients.

    · Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the online lending and risk management space.

    · Document all sales activities, pipeline, and forecasting in CRM systems, providing regular updates to management.

    Required Qualifications

    · Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

    · 5+ years of experience in sales roles within the online, lending, or financial technology industries.

    · Proven success in selling risk management products and solutions, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    · Extensive network and established relationships with key decision makers (including executives and senior management) at major lending and online financial organizations.

    · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    · Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

    · Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

    · Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders.

    · Strong understanding of online lending processes, risk management needs, and industry best practices.

    · Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

    Preferred Qualifications

    · Advanced Degree (MBA, MS, etc.) is a plus.

    · Experience with SaaS, cloud-based risk solutions, or analytics platforms.

    · Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
