The Opportunity
TNT Plastics is hiring a senior-level new business hunter to drive the next chapter of growth. This is not an account-maintenance role — it’s pure market expansion, targeting new LDPE opportunities across existing verticals and adjacent markets.
The Sales Executive will:
Identify and win new customers in LDPE film, packaging, and converted products
Open doors with distributors, converters, and manufacturing end users
Sell TNT’s full capabilities: extrusion → printing → converting
Protect margin while delivering service that builds long-term loyalty
Shape the go-forward sales strategy as the company scales
This role reports directly to ownership and has real influence on revenue trajectory and long-term market positioning.
Ideal Profile
The strongest candidates will have:
5–10+ years in plastics, polymers, resins, or packaging distribution
A proven hunter’s track record in LDPE or related categories
Deep relationship networks across converters, packaging buyers, or OEMs
Technical fluency in film applications, printing, and converting processes
A low-ego, high-accountability approach that matches a family-run operation
The ability to create, pitch, and close opportunities without heavy structure
