This role requires a strong focus on both client relationships and achieving sales targets. The Group Sales Manager will actively prospect new leads, maintain relationships with existing accounts, and collaborate with hotel operations to ensure seamless execution of group events and bookings. Responsibilities: Generate and Convert Group Sales Leads • Actively seek new group business through direct sales efforts, networking, and participation in industry events. Convert leads into confirmed group bookings to meet sales targets. Client Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, associations, corporate, government clients, and other stakeholders to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business. Negotiate Contracts and Group Proposals • Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing, and group proposals to secure group bookings while aligning with hotel policies and maximizing profitability. Coordinate with Internal Teams for Event Execution • Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of group events, from room setups to food & beverage requirements. Achieve Sales Targets and Reporting • Work toward achieving group sales revenue goals, including forecasting group bookings and providing regular reports on performance, trends, and client feedback. Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department • Proven track record of sales success • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly + quarterly bonus + $1000 SIGN ON BONUS
