    The Role:

    This is a growth-driver role with equal parts selling and strategy. You’ll be the rainmaker out front—closing deals, opening doors, and building the sales and marketing machine that fuels our future. Your mission: win new business, grow revenue, and establish our brand as the go-to solution in the market.

    In your first 12 months, you’ll focus on:

    Landing and expanding commercial accounts with property managers, facility directors, and multi-family communities (priority #1).

    Driving residential growth by building and sustaining a predictable pipeline of qualified leads.

    Owning the sales + marketing engine—from digital campaigns to field activations—making sure our brand is seen, heard, and remembered.

    Turning data into action, using CRM insights and performance metrics to refine strategies and accelerate results.

    Positioning us at the center of the community, engaging in associations, networking events, and partnerships that elevate our visibility.

    Building scalable systems, creating repeatable playbooks for sales and marketing that future team members can run with.
