Responsibilities
Membership sales to clients/prospects
Member outreach to ensure engagement and retention
Lead nurture via call and text to schedule in studio appointments for prospects
Conduct prospect onboarding, provide orientation, and address prospect questions
Plan and participate in lead generation activities
Participate in studio events and other promotions
Maintain the cleanliness of the studio
Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
We are currently looking for individuals who can work the opening shift (4:30a or 5:15a) and dedicate 25-30 hours per week.
Must have a energetic, friendly, outgoing and collaborative attitude - frequent interactions with members and prospects is a core requirement
Prior experience in a Sales role is a must.
A love for the fit-ish lifestyle (experience in the fitness industry or health/wellness is a plus).
Must be a self starter and highly motivated
Must have effective time management skills
Must have effective communication skills - must be proficient in English; bilingual a plus
