We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join our team in New York. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in real estate sales, who excels at converting leads into clients and managing relationships with high-value customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through design solutions that match their vision while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and convert high-value leads into confirmed projects.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored design solutions.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and design concepts to clients.
Track sales metrics, pipeline, and performance to meet/exceed targets.
Stay updated on market trends, interior design innovations, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
2–10 years of experience in interior design sales, Real estate sales, business development, or client engagement.
Proven track record of converting leads into clients and managing high-value accounts.
Strong understanding of interior design concepts and processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Client-centric approach with a passion for design and aesthetics.
