Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on field experience who can diagnose, repair, and recommend solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a performance-driven role for technicians who are confident, dependable, and results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and service customer systems efficiently and accurately

Communicate clearly with customers and recommend appropriate solutions

Consistently generate revenue through ethical repairs and upgrades

Maintain professional appearance, work habits, and documentation

Follow company standards, safety procedures, and best practices

Represent Quality Pro Services with integrity and professionalism

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of service technician experience

Proven track record as a revenue-producing technician

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Military service background (strongly encouraged)

Leadership or mentoring experience

Experience working in residential and/or commercial service environments
