We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Product Owner to join our team on a 100% Remote basis.

🔹 Experience Required: 15+ Years 🔹 Location: Remote 🔹 Role Type: Contract

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the ServiceNow product roadmap

Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements

Drive platform strategy, enhancements, and integrations

Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery

Ensure governance, compliance, and best practices

⭐ Important Skills (Must Have):

Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Product Ownership

Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies

Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, APIs, MID Server)

Strong knowledge of workflow automation & ServiceNow platform architecture

Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills

Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations

Ability to define product roadmap & backlog prioritization

Knowledge of ITIL framework & best practices

🎓 Certifications (Preferred):

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

ITIL Certification
