    The Opportunity

    Reporting to Adobe’s Director of Social Intelligence & Community Management, the Social Intelligence Analyst will apply social intelligence data to support key programs, initiatives, and social content strategy. This role will monitor Adobe’s brand and products on social and help build our approach to proactive and reactive social listening and social/cultural trendspotting.

    What you'll do

    • Use social tools to surface and analyze online conversations and trends related to our brand, our products, and our industry.
    • Build custom social intelligence dashboards and reports to share real-time insights on brand health and affinity, brand-relevant conversations, cultural moments/trends, and industry landscape.
    • Sift through millions of data points to surface actionable insights on customer behavior and social media trends. Use these insights to identify target audience segments and support strategy development for engagement and attraction.
    • Work with multiple API’s and disparate data sets.
    • Use tools like Sprinklr and Talkwalker to find engagement opportunities and monitor or flag issues. Share insights with Product, Comms, and Customer Care teams.

    What you need to succeed

    • 10 years of experience in leading social listening/intelligence for large organizations with high conversation volumes.
    • Extensive experience with translating social, cultural and contextual intelligence insights into actions.
    • Expert-level proficiency with crafting Boolean queries, building dashboards, and evaluating data from social listening tools/platforms, including Sprinklr, Brandwatch, and Talkwalker.
    • Robust expertise in crafting insights and action from social metrics and reporting, including synthesizing results for executive-level audiences.
    • Proven track record for seamlessly working across different teams and partners.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Experience driving action and execution during moments of crisis.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $130,800 -- $262,025 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    In California, the pay range for this position is $181,000 - $262,025

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
