HomeWetBar is seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Social Media Manager & Digital Content Creator to build and elevate our social presence from the ground up. This role will own strategy, content creation, and performance across all platforms, turning social into a measurable growth channel. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller who understands retail gifting, personalization, and platform-native content. They thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and use data to create high-performing short-form content that drives results. This job is on-site in Oklahoma City—no remote option. Supervisory Responsibilities: • May oversee freelance creators, influencers, and UGC partners • May collaborate with external creative contractors or agencies Responsibilities: Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Revenue-Driven Leadership Role) • Own and scale social media as a core revenue channel, driving measurable sales growth and profitability across all platforms. • Lead full-funnel paid and organic strategy with direct accountability for revenue targets, ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin. • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns end-to-end, including forecasting, budgeting, targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization. • Execute conversion-driven strategies aligned with key gifting seasons and major promotions to maximize revenue impact. • Analyze performance and attribution data to uncover growth opportunities, improve conversion rates, and increase channel profitability. • Partner cross-functionally to align product prioritization, inventory planning, and messaging with revenue goals. • Identify and scale customer acquisition, retargeting, and upsell strategies to drive sustainable growth and increase LTV. Hands-On Content Creation (Performance-Focused Creative Execution) • Concept, script, produce, and edit high-converting short-form video and static creative optimized specifically for paid and conversion-driven performance. • Develop scroll-stopping hooks engineered for click-through and purchase intent. • Create content that balances brand elevation with aggressive performance goals. • Rapidly test, iterate, and scale creative based on performance metrics. Community & Brand Voice (Revenue-Aligned Engagement) • Turn community engagement into revenue opportunities through proactive comment and DM management. • Monitor customer sentiment and translate insights into revenue-generating campaign adjustments. • Maintain brand consistency while prioritizing conversion and growth objectives. Campaigns & Creator Partnerships (ROI-Focused Partnerships) • Identify and scale influencer and UGC partnerships based on performance data and ROI benchmarks. • Track creator contribution to traffic, GMV, and revenue — scaling high performers and eliminating underperformers. • Collaborate with paid media to repurpose high-performing creator assets into scalable advertising campaigns. Reporting & Optimization (Accountability & Growth) • Own KPI tracking, including revenue, ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, and LTV. • Deliver monthly executive-level reporting with clear insights, profitability analysis, and action plans. • Implement structured A/B testing frameworks to drive continuous performance improvement. • Forecast growth scenarios and revenue projections based on historical and real-time performance data. Qualifications: Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field required. • 5–8+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation for a consumer brand (e-commerce or retail strongly preferred). • Demonstrated success driving measurable growth in engagement, traffic, and revenue through organic and paid social strategies. • Proven experience creating high-performing short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels (portfolio required). • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, paid social fundamentals, trends, and performance optimization best practices. • Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar. • Experience with social scheduling, publishing, analytics, and paid advertising platforms. • Strong copywriting and conversion-focused storytelling skills. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in gifting, personalization, or DTC retail brands. • Experience collaborating with paid media teams. • Familiarity with tracking affiliate or creator GMV. • Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR). Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000
