We are hiring a Senior Social Media Strategist & Content Lead to take full ownership of our content, starting with TikTok and expanding across platforms. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who has already scaled social accounts and can do it again.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

TikTok strategy, growth, and execution (end-to-end)

Content pillars, hooks, storytelling, and posting cadence

Creative direction and on-camera positioning

Filming, editing, captions, and scheduling

Performance analysis and iteration

You tell us what to post, how to post it, why it works, and then you execute!

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

5+ years in social media/content

Proven experience scaling TikTok accounts

Strong portfolio with measurable results

Experience with founder-led or personal brands

Deep understanding of TikTok culture and audience psychology

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation Structure

$75,000 annual salary during 6-month probation
