We’re seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect with a strong background in mainframe and .NET environments to lead the design, development, and integration of large-scale enterprise applications. This role offers the opportunity to define system architecture, guide development teams, and ensure seamless delivery across COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, and .NET platforms.

We’re looking for someone with:

8+ years in COBOL/CICS/JCL, DB2/SQL, XML, and .NET

Strong experience designing and integrating mainframe and modern systems

Proven ability to guide technical teams and ensure delivery excellence

Prior work within a government or large-scale enterprise environment is a plus

Mandatory Qualifications:

· 84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Desired Qualifications:

· 84 months experience with COBOL/CICS/JCL with version z/OS 4.2.0/V3.2

· 84 months experience with DB2/SQL with Version 10

· 72 months experience with Endevor with Version 15/0

· 84 months experience with XML with version 1.0

· 36 months experience with SOA

· 36 months experience with SoapUI/WSDL with version 3.5.1

· 48 months experience working with a governmental agency

· 60 months of Assembler

· 60 months of CA-Intertest

· 72 months of AAMVA Unified Network Interface (UNI),
