Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on SDET to elevate quality across a large online services ecosystem. This role blends software development, test automation, and infrastructure—ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable testing solutions while improving engineering velocity without compromising reliability.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement automated testing solutions, including frameworks, tooling, and CI/CD integrations
Define and track quality metrics to improve product stability and release confidence
Analyze logs, test results, and system data to proactively identify defects and performance risks
Partner with engineering teams to improve testability and streamline development workflows
Maintain automation infrastructure and contribute to CI/CD pipeline enhancements
Perform code reviews with a focus on quality, scalability, and test coverage
Mentor team members and promote testing best practices across distributed teams
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in SDET, Software Engineering, or related roles
Strong programming skills in C#
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (React preferred)
Proven expertise building scalable automation frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end)
Strong experience testing web-based applications and services
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar
Version control experience with Git or Perforce
Understanding of non-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility)
Exposure to containerization (Docker preferred)
Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or similar
Bonus: C++ and GoogleTest experience
