Senior Software Engineer

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)

We are hiring three Senior Software Engineers to join our growing product development team in Jacksonville, FL. This hybrid contract opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a sophisticated, enterprise-level wealth management platform used by investment professionals nationwide.

Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support. The platform aggregates and reconciles complex investment accounting data while delivering a feature-rich, web-based performance analytics application.

This role requires strong front-end expertise combined with solid backend development experience within a Microsoft technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in all phases of SDLC from design through deployment and ongoing support

Develop modular and scalable front-end applications using HTML5, CSS/SASS, JavaScript (ES2015+), React, Redux, and JSON

Build backend services using C# and .NET Core

Write optimized queries and manage data using Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, high-performance user experiences

Own features end-to-end, from mockups and design reviews through acceptance testing and deployment

Contribute to architectural discussions and technical solution design

Maintain clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline

Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES2015+)

Strong experience with React (preferred) or other modern JavaScript frameworks

Solid expertise in Microsoft C# and .NET Core

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL

Experience with modern front-end tooling and development workflows

Excellent communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with third-party UI/charting libraries (e.g., D3)

Knowledge of MongoDB or Neo4j

Background in wealth management, fintech, or financial services

Experience building scalable enterprise-level applications
