About the Role

This is a high-impact role where you'll help build and scale the core systems that power an AI-driven medical review platform. You'll work on complex, ambiguous engineering challenges that directly improve the quality and safety of patient care across the U.S. The ideal candidate has experience in scaling, high-growth B2B startups.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and build highly scalable, fault-tolerant AWS-based systems to keep pace with rapid customer and data growth
• Implement AI-powered workflows to automate and optimize clinical data processing across thousands of providers
• Mentor and level up junior engineers through code reviews, architectural guidance, and hands-on technical leadership
• Work closely with product to translate business problems into simple, effective system designs

Requirements:

• 4–10 years of experience in backend software engineering
• Strong focus on Python, TypeScript, and AWS
• Track record of solving complex technical problems at scale
• Experience in scaling, high-growth B2B startups preferred

Tech Stack: Python, TypeScript, AWS infrastructure
