IQ Clarity is seeking a Mobile Engineerwho enjoys building reliable, user-focused mobile experiences and collaborating across product and engineering teams. This role will focus on developing and maintaining mobile applications while partnering closely with backend engineers to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.

You’ll contribute to mobile features from early design through production release, helping shape technical decisions and ensuring applications meet quality, performance, and usability standards.

What You’ll Work On

• Design, build, and enhance mobile applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and user experience

• Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to integrate mobile applications with cloud-based services and APIs

• Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and solution design

• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while following best practices for mobile development

• Support release processes, including testing, deployment, and post-release improvements

• Contribute ideas that improve development workflows, tooling, and product quality

Technical Environment

• Frontend and cross-platform development using React and React Native

• Native mobile development for iOS, Android, or both

• RESTful APIs and modern mobile application architectures

What We’re Looking For

• Professional experience developing mobile applications in production environments

• Hands-on experience with native iOS and/or Android development

• Familiarity with cross-platform mobile frameworks such as React Native

• Experience working with cloud-connected applications and backend services

• Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle, performance optimization, and debugging

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working in cloud-native or distributed systems

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for mobile applications

• Understanding of security, data storage, and offline-first mobile patterns
