The Talent Source is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Senior Solution Analyst who brings functional experience configuring the UKG Pro Workforce Management™ (formerly known as UKG Dimensions®) product suite for enterprise clients. What you will do:

As a Senior Solution Analyst – UKG Pro Workforce Management™ (formerly known as UKG Dimensions®) , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring technology solutions align with business requirements and drive tangible outcomes. Rather than focusing on coding, this role emphasizes the design and configuration of systems to translate business needs into effective technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders, providing guidance on system enhancements and resolutions to improve the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a SME in the Solution Analyst team for one or more modules.
• Design and configure Workforce Dimensions modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Absence, Analytics, Integrations).
• Lead documentation and training initiatives, bridging technical and business language.
• Collaborate with Business Divisions/Functions and IT.
• Foster a culture of growth and continuous improvement.

Technologies & Skills:

• UKG Pro Workforce Management™ (formerly known as UKG Dimensions®) / Kronos Workforce Dimensions with expertise across a variety of Workforce Dimensions modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Absence, Analytics,
• Experience defining Integrations (knowledge of Dell Boomi Integration, Outlook Plugin would be helpful).
• Strong knowledge of system development lifecycles (Agile, BDD).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business/technology roles with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with systems development lifecycles, business process design, and automation.
