    Overview

    The Client Success team is looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to act as the daily liaison between Mastercard and our strategic clients and partners, ensuring their success and complete satisfaction with our products and services. As a key member of a rapidly growing Client Success organization, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our client base helping to grow the existing business. This will be achieved by working closely with each client emphasizing a strong client connection, providing valuable insights and giving personal account support. You will work with some the largest financial companies in the world who are actively embracing the digitization of financial data.

    Role

    In this client-facing position, you will:

    Become knowledgeable of Mastercard solutions and service offerings, including business solutions and implementation methodologies

    Manage client relationships and become the trusted advisor

    Work with and support sales through upsell opportunities

    Work to ensure customer satisfaction with Mastercard products and services by anticipating client needs and understanding the overall vision of their company

    Collaborate cross-functionally within Mastercard to provide outstanding client support

    Advocate for the needs of clients to leaders in different departments

    Understand clients' business challenges and industry trends and consult on how Mastercard can help them achieve their objectives

    Establish success plans that clarify client goals and enable them to measure their

    In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.     Salt Lake City, Utah: $99,000 - $144,000 USD

    O'Fallon, Missouri: $99,000 - $144,000 USD

    Purchase, New York: $114,000 - $166,000 USD
