    As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will play a key role in financial reporting and operational efficiency for growing businesses.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
    • Month-End & Year-End Close: Prepare and post journal entries, assist in financial statement preparation, and reconcile accounts.
    • Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights into company performance.
    • Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight: Support AP and AR functions, ensuring timely processing and reconciliations.
    • Variance Analysis: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic financial decisions.
    • Audit & Compliance: Support external and internal audits by preparing documentation and ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
    • Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in accounting operations and reporting.

    Key Qualifications:

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    • Accounting Expertise: Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
    • Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision in financial reporting and reconciliations.
    • Tech Proficiency: Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or ERP systems) and strong Excel skills.
    • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with finance teams, auditors, and leadership.

    Educational & Experience Requirements:

    • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
    • Certification: CPA or actively working toward certification is a plus.
