    Make your next move count.
We have been selected by our client to help them find their next Senior Staff Accountant, a high-impact finance professional who can do far more than balance the books. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to own the numbers, understand the why behind them, and help leadership make better decisions every day.

    Why This Role Matters

You will be the financial foundation for a growing portfolio of business entities, supporting strategic planning, investments, and audit readiness. Your work ensures that leadership has the clarity and confidence to make data-driven decisions. You will not just process transactions; you will connect financial dots and influence outcomes.

    What You Will Do

    • Take ownership of the monthly close for multiple entities and ensure timely, accurate financial statements.
    • Lead audit preparation and strengthen internal processes to improve accuracy and reduce rework.
    • Dive into data by creating reports, dashboards, and insights that help leadership plan, prioritize, and perform.
    • Serve as a key partner in a small, agile finance team where curiosity and initiative are valued.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, leverage technology, and integrate AI tools to make accounting smarter and faster.

    Who Thrives Here

This environment is best for thinkers and doers, people who ask “why” before “how,” who want to understand the story behind the numbers, and who take ownership of their work. The team values direct communication, creative problem-solving, and resourcefulness.

If you prefer independence over micromanagement, logic over ego, and substance over show, you will fit right in.

    What You Will Gain

    • Direct mentorship from senior finance leaders who believe in transparency and career growth.
    • Experience with multi-entity accounting and exposure to the commercial real estate and development industry, valuable and transferable experience for your future.
    • A culture that rewards initiative, continuous learning, and process improvement.
    • A role that offers both stability and stretch, ideal for someone ready to move from mid-level accounting into senior leadership over time.

    How to Apply

If you are ready for a role that will stretch your skills and grow your career, we would love to meet you.

Submit your resume. We also encourage you to share a brief summary of an accomplishment you are most proud of in accounting, something that shows how you made a process better, faster, or more accurate.
