Kings Hammer Soccer LLC is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong accounting skills to be part of the Finance department as the Senior Staff Accountant. This position will oversee general accounting operations and perform complex accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and verifying agency financial transactions. The Senior Accountant will assist in maintaining the effectiveness and accuracy of all accounting tasks, including transactional processing, financial analysis, annual budget support and monitoring, and monthly financial statements.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile and monitor various ledger accounts and assist the controller with month-end close process.

Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual for accounting policy and regulations and roll out new processes when necessary, ensuring compliance with GAAP principles.

Maintain daily posting and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.

Maintain workpapers for all balance sheet accounts.

Assist in the processing of company payroll.

Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial reports.

Support annual audit and tax filings.

Perform other accounting and finance tasks as may be required from time to time by the CFO or Controller.

A bachelor’s degree/certification in Finance/Accounting

At least 5 years of experience as a staff accountant required

Advanced experience with Microsoft Office

Detail-oriented

Fluency in English and an effective communicator, both written and oral
