    Produce:

    • Existing conditions surveys
    • Minor and major subdivision plans (preliminary & final)

    • Coordinate with field crews and other CAD technicians assigned to projects
    • Conduct deed, record, and survey research as required

    • Contribute to continuous improvement of survey workflows and standards

    Required Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 4+ years of professional experience in land surveying, civil drafting, and/or civil design
    • Valid Driver’s License (field work required on an as-needed basis)
    • Strong understanding of survey fundamentals, workflows, and deliverables

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Associate’s degree or higher in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related discipline
    • Professional credentials such as NSPS CST, LSIT, or PLS (or actively pursuing licensure)
    • FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot License is a plus
    • Experience working in both field and office environments

    Proficiency with:

    • AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation
    • Survey and point cloud software such as Trimble Business Center (TBC), Leica Infinity, Cyclone, Register 360, CloudWorx, Carlson, or similar
    • Exposure to laser scanning processing and registration is a plus
    • Familiarity with modern survey equipment (robotic total stations, GPS, laser scanners, etc.)
    • Strong understanding of State Plane Coordinate Systems and grid-to-ground conversions
    • Solid technical math skills (geometry, trigonometry, survey calculations)
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Compensation

Target Pay Range: $33 – $45 per hour
