These roles are ideal for licensed Land Surveyors with a strong background in project leadership, technical execution, and client management.

Basic Responsibilities:

• 7+ years of progressive land survey and project management experience in public and/or private sectors
• Active PLS or RLS in NV, CA, ID, or TN, or ability to obtain in comity within six months
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and crews while managing client-facing survey projects
• Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D, Trimble GNSS, best PM practices and QA/QC workflows
• A desire to lead, grow, and make an impact in a team-oriented environment

Compensation: The range for this role is $80,000 to $145,000 depending on skills, experience, license status, and location. $115,000 represents a median for the role.
