    Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

    Twin Cities, MN | $44–$58/hr | Contract | Onsite transitioning to Hybrid

    This contract opportunity supports a well-established, highly respected general contractor with a strong regional presence and a consistent pipeline of complex construction projects. The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will serve as a hands-on recruiting partner to construction leadership, owning full-cycle hiring for senior, specialized roles such as Project Managers, Superintendents, and Quality-focused positions. This role is intentionally embedded with the team, emphasizing in-person collaboration early on, and is best suited for an experienced construction recruiter who can operate independently, build trust quickly, and deliver results in a fast-moving project environment.

    Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant Responsibilities:

    • Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior and highly specialized construction roles, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and Quality-focused positions
    • Partner directly with construction leadership to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and project-driven hiring priorities
    • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for $100K+ construction leadership and technical roles
    • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical competency, leadership capability, and cultural fit
    • Manage offer coordination, hiring logistics, and ongoing communication to ensure a strong candidate experience

    Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with senior-level ownership of full-cycle hiring
    • 2+ years of experience recruiting construction professionals such as Project Managers, Superintendents, or similar field leadership roles
    • Proven ability to recruit for highly specialized, hard-to-fill roles with compensation exceeding $100K
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise, challenge, and partner effectively with hiring managers
    • Comfort operating in an on-site, team-embedded environment while maintaining autonomy and accountability
