Responsibilities:

Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals and businesses.

Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients.

Assist with audits and respond to tax-related inquiries from clients and authorities.

Collaborate with team members to streamline tax processes and improve efficiency.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and industry trends.

Train and mentor junior staff on tax preparation and compliance issues.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA designation, preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation

Strong knowledge of federal and CA state tax regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
