Compensation: $95k–$115k base + benefits
Location: Santa Barbara, CA – Hybrid/Remote flexibility

Qualifications:

• CPA or EA designation, or equivalent tax experience (10+ years) is required
• Strong technical tax preparation and review skills
• Experience working with small business and high-net-worth clients
• Collaborative mindset, adaptability, and willingness to take ownership in a growing team
