About the Role: This leadership (Senior Tax Manager) position offers the opportunity to manage a dynamic tax practice while contributing to the strategic growth of our client base. You’ll oversee compliance and advisory work in general taxation, Wealth Transfer Services, and international tax matters, ensuring exceptional service delivery and technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and review complex individual, business, and multi-jurisdictional tax engagements.
• Provide advisory insights on domestic and international tax strategies, ensuring clients maximize benefits and remain compliant.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering technical expertise and leadership skills.
• Build and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional value-added services.
• Oversee client billing and engagement profitability.
• Maintain current knowledge of evolving tax laws, policies, and industry trends.
  

Qualifications:

• CPA license required.
• Minimum 7 years of public accounting tax experience, with exposure to multiple industries.
• Strong technical expertise in general tax; WTS and international tax experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
