Jetsetter Kids Club is a modern, high-end indoor play space and enrichment destination for children and families. We are hiring experienced Senior Team Leaders to help lead daily operations, oversee staff, book birthday parties and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for professionals who have managed teams in children’s entertainment centers, indoor play spaces, learning centers or family-focused venues and can confidently run a shift.
Schedule & Commitment
Part-time: 18 to 30 hours per week
Must be available for at least 6 weekend shifts per month
Flexible weekday availability preferred

Who You Are
You are polished, confident, and highly capable in a fast-paced environment. You’ve managed teams before and know how to lead, not just assist. You are calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and take ownership of the customer experience from start to finish. You are punctual, reliable, and loyal, and take responsibility. You lead by example, hold high standards, and bring consistency to every shift. You are just as comfortable handling a difficult parent conversation as you are directing staff, managing flow, and stepping onto the floor when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations and take ownership of your shift
Supervise, direct, and support junior team members
Ensure smooth execution of open play sessions and birthday parties
Greet and check in customers with professionalism and authority
Verify waivers and ensure all policies are followed
Handle payments, bookings, credits, and scheduling accurately
Drive party sales and program bookings
Manage front desk flow during high-volume periods
Resolve customer issues quickly, calmly, and professionally
Step in wherever needed, including:
Monitoring play areas
Supporting cleaning/reset between sessions
Assisting with or leading party execution
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 5+ years of managerial experience in:
Children’s play spaces or daycare
Family entertainment centers
Indoor playgrounds or similar venues
Proven ability to lead teams and run operations independently
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
Professional, clear, and confident communication style
Comfortable with sales (parties, memberships, programs)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Over 21 years old

Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on role that requires being on your feet for extended periods. You must be comfortable walking, standing, bending, and moving throughout the facility during your shift. The role may involve lifting and carrying light to moderate items (party supplies, equipment, furniture), assisting with room resets, and navigating play areas quickly and safely. You should be physically capable of keeping up in a fast-paced environment while maintaining awareness of children and surroundings at all times.
