Sr. Test Analyst | Healthcare/Payer Domain

Location: Des Moines, IA – Hybrid

We are looking for a Senior Test Analyst with strong Healthcare/Payer domain experience and hands-on expertise in Playwright, TypeScript, UI/API automation, and database validation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright & TypeScript • Automate end-to-end business workflows for healthcare member portal applications • Develop and execute UI and API automation test scripts • Lead automation strategy, framework enhancements, and test coverage improvements • Execute regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing • Perform cross-browser testing across Chromium, Edge, and Firefox • Integrate automation suites with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines • Analyze test results, investigate failures, and coordinate defect resolution • Perform backend data validation using SQL and API validation techniques • Review automation code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior automation engineers • Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and test strategy discussions • Provide test execution reports, quality metrics, and status updates to stakeholders • Collaborate effectively with Onshore/Offshore QA, Development, and Business teams

🔹 Required Skills:

✅ Strong Healthcare/Payer domain experience ✅ Knowledge of Members, Claims, Benefits, Eligibility, Enrollment, Providers & Authorizations ✅ Hands-on Playwright + TypeScript automation experience ✅ Strong UI & API test automation experience ✅ Experience integrating automation with CI/CD / GitHub ✅ Strong SQL/database testing experience; MongoDB is a plus ✅ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies ✅ Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
