    About the Role: Core Services Group, Inc. seeks a highly skilled Senior Test and Evaluation Engineer with extensive experience in test and evaluation (T&E) methodologies and practices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of test plans, conducting evaluations, and ensuring the accuracy of operational analyses for various defense systems.

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    Develop, execute, analyze, and report on Integrated Evaluation Frameworks (IEFs), Test Plans, and Test Execution activities.

    Provide Modeling and Simulation (M&S) expertise to support developmental and operational testing efforts.

    Prepare and oversee the development of M&S Accreditation Packages and Accreditation Letters.

    Apply advanced analysis methodologies for testing systems, including but not limited to:

    Undersea systems

    Airborne systems

    Satellite systems

    Standard Missile

    C4IS systems/equipment

    Shipboard systems

    Expeditionary systems

    Mine warfare systems

    Chemical, biological, and radiological defense systems

    Ensure compliance with applicable instructions, including DoD 5000 series, OPNAVINST 5000.42 series, and SECNAVINST 5000 series.

    Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.

    Write and deliver detailed technical reports and documentation.

    Effectively lead project teams, communicate results to stakeholders, and support decision-making processes.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of four (4) years of T&E experience within the last six (6) years.

    Must possess DAWIA T&E Level II certification (or equivalent).

    Demonstrated experience with COMOPTEVFOR processes is highly desired.

    Proficiency in technical writing and reporting.

    Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.

    Strong knowledge of:

    DoD 5000 series and associated instructions

    Analysis methodologies applied to complex systems testing

    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

    Desired Skills:

    Experience working with OPTEVFOR.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive projects to successful completion.

    Effective communication skills to convey analysis results and recommendations to senior leadership.

    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.

    Clearance Requirements:

    Active security clearance (Secret or higher) required.
