Our client, a commercial title agency, is seeking a sharp and driven Senior National Title Coordinator with deep expertise in overseeing complex, multi-state commercial transactions from open to close.
The ideal candidate will manage high-value national title files with precision and independence, quarterbacking deals involving multiple parties, jurisdictions, and underwriting challenges, while ensuring full compliance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and close commercial real estate transactions across multiple states, ensuring compliance with local and national title regulations.
Manage all aspects of national commercial title files, from intake through final policy issuance, including curative work and document review.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lenders, underwriters, and attorneys, ensuring seamless and professional communication throughout the process.
Analyze and resolve complex title issues, proactively identifying potential problems before they impact timelines or legal requirements.
Navigate underwriting requirements, multi-state endorsements, and lender-specific conditions with clarity and confidence.
Maintain accurate file documentation, deadlines, and status tracking using internal systems and databases.
Collaborate with internal departments and underwriters to meet client needs and deliver timely closings.
Represent the company’s reputation with professionalism, urgency, and clear decision-making in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience managing national commercial title files across multiple states.
Proven ability to handle high-dollar, high-stakes transactions with limited oversight and full accountability.
In-depth knowledge of national title underwriting, compliance, curative processes, and commercial endorsements.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience interfacing with attorneys, lenders, and senior-level clients.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a track record of anticipating and resolving issues proactively.
