    Summary: This Luxury Leisure consolidator that sells premium cabin airfare; NET fares, Private Charters, and commissionable published fares, while offering white-glove concierge service and round-the-clock support. They specialize exclusively in premium economy, business, and first-class airfare, working directly with travel agents and select lifestyle organizations. These VIP Agents specialize in global routes originating from the United States, offering access to exclusive unpublished fares, 24/7 emergency support, and personalized service on a dedicated level.

    About the role: This role is perfect for a polished travel professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of global air and hotel products, and excels at delivering bespoke travel experiences for high-value clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proposal Preparation – research and create tailored proposals for domestic/international airfare reservations
    • Booking Management – manage and coordinate all aspects of luxury travel bookings
    • Client Service – provide outstanding service throughout the entire travel planning process
    • Sales Support – assist in achieving sales goals by promoting luxury travel packages
    • Itinerary Optimization – customize and refine complex travel itineraries to meet premium travelers’ unique expectations

    Key Requirements:

    • Must have 5 years’ experience working as a VIP/Luxury Leisure Travel agent
    • Advanced GDS proficiency using Sabre or Amadeus (including ticketing, exchanges, refunds, and international faring)
    • Degree or training in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field preferred

    Skill Requirements:

    • Strong knowledge of international itineraries and rate structures
    • Proven experience supporting premium travelers with high-touch, personalized service
    • Exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, and conscientious work ethic
    • Problem-solving skills with a proactive, initiative-driven mindset
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Compensation
    $60,000 per year
