    Key Responsibilities

    • On-Site Project Leadership: Oversee and drive daily on-site commissioning activities with absolute precision, accountability, and safety.
    • Rigorous System Validation: Lead and conduct thorough pre-functional and functional testing to validate system integrity for complex mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
    • Client & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate directly with premier technology clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams to steer successful project outcomes and solve immediate field challenges.
    • Market Growth Support: Partner with marketing and business development teams to nurture client relationships, champion high quality, and help secure repeat business.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Experience: 8+ years of dedicated experience in system commissioning with a solid background in commercial or industrial construction.
    • Technical Expertise: A deep, advanced knowledge base of Pre-Functional and Functional Commissioning protocols for complex mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems.
    • Field Execution: Proven track record of investigating, troubleshooting, and diagnosing complex technical issues to implement immediate solutions in the field.
    • Leadership Traits: A self-starter with a proven ability to lead projects, take complete ownership of work, and flexibly pivot to best serve shifting client priorities.
    • Team Dynamics: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working collaboratively and mentoring junior team members.
    • Travel Mobility: Full willingness and ability to travel extensively to various nationwide client job sites as dictated by project schedules.

    What the Client Offers

    • Attractive Compensation: Robust base salary ($117,000 - $210,000) tailored to your geographic location and qualifications, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus and merit increases.
    • Financial & Future Security: A highly competitive 401(k) match program.
    • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive traditional benefits package (medical, dental, and vision) alongside a wellness program promoting balanced lifestyles.
    • Work-Life Balance: Generous paid time off (PTO) to ensure proper downtime between intensive travel assignments, with potential for flexible work arrangements when off-site.
    • Career Empowerment: Tailored professional development paths to help you scale into executive or principal technical leadership roles.
