Responsibilities: As a Senior Litigation Attorney, you will: • Lead high-value personal injury matters from intake through trial, owning both case strategy and execution. • Drive all aspects of trial preparation , including motion practice, mediations, and settlement negotiations. • Mentor and develop a POD team comprised of domestic and international legal professionals. • Build and execute data-driven litigation strategies , leveraging advanced case-management and trial resources. • Advocate relentlessly for clients in courtrooms, mediations, and pretrial proceedings. • Play a critical role in elevating the firm’s reputation for results-driven, client-centered advocacy. • Help shape and sustain a collaborative culture grounded in accountability, excellence, and purpose. This role has a direct and measurable impact on case outcomes, team performance, and the long-term success of TMAPC’s litigation practice. Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For A purpose-driven trial attorney with a demonstrated commitment to justice, client advocacy, and excellence in litigation. Required Qualifications • Minimum of five (5) personal injury jury trials as first or second chairActive membership in the State Bar of GeorgiaStrong motion practice , trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy skills • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop legal teams • Demonstrated excellence in legal research and writing (writing sample required) • Experience managing all phases of personal injury litigation, from intake through trial Preferred Qualifications • Additional bar admissions • Appellate experience • Demonstrated involvement in community, policy, or legal service initiatives Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000 yearly + origination bonuses & incentives
