They are seeking an experienced Senior Underwriter to grow and manage a portfolio of construction casualty business through sound underwriting practices and strong broker relationships. The products are Property & Casualty focused

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze accounts in accordance with company underwriting guidelines
• Develop pricing strategies and coverage structures; make underwriting recommendations
• Prepare quotes, binders, invoices, and underwriting documentation
• Maintain organized underwriting files
• Supervise Account Coordinators as needed
• Participate in client meetings, marketing events, and production meetings

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of construction casualty underwriting experience
• Network of wholesale and retail brokers in the greater NYC area
• CPCU designation strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
