Growing insurance carrier is expanding their healthcare practice nationally and is in need of an experienced Medical Malpractice Underwriter that can effectively rate, price and underwrite mid to large physician groups and/or hospital systems. Our client is a cutting edge insurer that is providing differentiation and disruption to the medical malpractice space, therefore the ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset that is grounded in sound underwriting science.

To be qualified, candidates must have 3-10 years of healthcare underwriting experience in a data focused and numerically driven role. This is not inside the system underwriting, so candidates must have strong skills in creating rates and utilizing Excel data sheets to underwrite accounts. A Bachelors Degree and industry designations are preferred, but not required.
