We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations. Our ideal candidate will have an extensive background in hotel operations covering hotels' assets in full, select, and limited service segments. This person should have multiple years of senior-level leadership experience. At this time, we are only considering candidates who are located on the West Coast. Ideal states/markets (Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Washington, and Oregon). The Senior Vice President of Operations examines, analyzes, and evaluates operations of assigned hotels to ensure adherence to company and franchise polices. Interacts with ownership groups and mentors and trains the Vice Presidents of Operations and Area General Managers within the organization. Responsibilities: • Communicate and execute the company strategy • Attend executive leadership and ownership meetings • Manage the overall operations of the assigned portfolio • Identify ways to generate and maximize revenue • Oversee property budgets • Analyze financial reports • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed • Attract, retain, and motivate teams • Work closely with the brands to ensure compliance with standards and programs • Lead transition/acquisition and openings of hotels • Ensure highly productive relationships and partnerships within the organization • Sets a goal and evaluates results • Train and develop VPs, Area GMs, and GMs Qualifications: • Prior multi-unit hotel management experience of 5 or more years is required, ideally in a senior role • Proven and effective leadership style • Extensive owners and brands relations • Stable and consistent work history with proven ability to impact financial results and develop talent • Ok to travel • Live in one of the following states ( Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Washington, and Oregon)
