We’re seeking a Senior Vice President of Information Technology to lead a full transformation of a legacy IT environment. This role will own technology strategy, infrastructure, and systems across multiple business units, with a focus on modernizing operations and driving efficiency.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can move quickly, implement practical solutions, and leverage AI and automation to improve performance across manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead modernization of core systems including ERP, production, and internal tools

• Implement scalable infrastructure and improve IT operations across all sites

• Build a modern IT support function with clear service levels and accountability

• Drive adoption of AI and automation to improve productivity across the business

• Oversee IT across multiple entities, balancing standardization with flexibility

• Ensure reliability of systems supporting manufacturing, distribution, and operations

• Lead team restructuring, hiring, and development to build a high-performing IT group

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of IT leadership experience, including executive-level roles

• Proven experience transforming legacy IT environments

• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and operations

• Experience with ERP systems, infrastructure, and enterprise applications

• Familiarity with AI tools and automation in a business setting

• Ability to lead change, execute quickly, and deliver measurable results
