The Opportunity
We ’ re seeking a Senior Visual Communications Lead to support our strategic objectives: leading AI innovation narratives for Adobe, solidifying brand identity as a birthplace of industry-leading technology and advancing recruitment for full-time and intern positions. This role will be the go-to person to strategize and build multimedia content including videos, web content, social media campaigns, newsletters, and executive communications, all of which demand skilled multimedia content planning and production . The right candidate will ideate, create, and manage visual communication strategies, understanding our team ’ s technological innovations and finding new ways to share them in compelling multimedia for Adobe audiences.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement visual communication strategies to promote Adobe ’ s AI innovation .
• Craft high-quality multimedia content, including videos, graphics, slides, and web content.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and scientists to translate complex technologies into compelling visual narratives.
• Lead the production of executive communications visuals/videos.
• Manage vendors and interns, encouraging a collaborative environment. Partner effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of visual campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all visual content adheres to Adobe's brand guidelines and maintains a high standard.
Requirements
• Proven 8- 10+ years ’ experience in visual communications, with a strong portfolio showcasing multimedia content.
• Adept at conveying complex concepts through visual means. Able to build and own a vision for communicating our technological achievements to multiple internal and external audiences.
• Driven and committed to telling the stories of researchers and their breakthroughs. Proven experience in science communications.
• Proficiency in video production, multimedia creation, graphic and UX/interaction design, and web content development.
• Outstanding communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent leadership skills, and ability to partner and negotiate with stakeholders and customers at all levels.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines in conditions of uncertainty, make decisions quickly, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience and interest in trying new AI technologies, and opinions about how they are useful in the multimedia and video storytelling process.
• A degree or equivalent experience in Communications (especially Science Communications and/or Visual Communications ), Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing Communications , or a related field is preferred.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $120,700 -- $255,450 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
