Now Hiring: Part-time Senior Window Cleaning Technicians for morning shifts (8:00 AM–1:00 PM, Monday–Saturday) in Miami and surrounding areas. Seasonal or year-round positions available.

What You’ll Do:

Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, and pressure washing at a high level of efficiency and quality

Service a wide range of properties, including homes, apartment complexes, commercial offices, retail centers, warehouses, restaurants, car dealerships, and post-construction sites

Provide holiday lighting services: design, installation, seasonal maintenance, takedown, and storage

Lead by example on job sites and support training of newer technicians

Actively upsell services, quote jobs on-site, and process customer payments

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high-quality standard of work

Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve minor issues professionally

Requirements:

Prior window cleaning and pressure washing experience required

Strong attention to detail and time management

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible

Positive attitude and team-player mindset

Comfortable working outdoors

Valid driver’s license

Prior customer service experience

Ability to speak English fluently

Intermediate to Advanced Spanish proficiency required

Physical/Mental Requirements:

Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders up to 40 ft, and working at heights.

Requires good physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Must be safety-conscious and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Schedule & Availability

Morning shift availability required

Monday through Saturday

Typical working hours between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM

Actual start and end times may vary based on job schedules, weather, and operational needs
