  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Onboard all incoming sales roles, including Sales Directors, AEs, BDRs, and AMs
    • Coordinate logistics for onboarding, including scheduling via calendar and LMS courses
    • Host Zoom instructor-led sessions
    • Review, Grade, and provide feedback on all required assignments during Onboarding
    • Sync with SC team, Marketing, PMs and SEM to keep all Onboarding content up to date
    • Proctor all required Onboarding certifications
    • Collect data and ongoing feedback from reps and leadership to continue to evolve the Onboarding program
    • Review Analytics and Productivity Metrics- Create Ongoing reports for leadership to show Enablement business impact
    • Sync with Sales Leaders and SEM around needed additions to the Onboarding program
    • Facilitate and track AE Mentor Program
    • Create tailored ongoing improvement programs per individual
    • Work directly with SEM around needed content creation and opportunities to participate in alternative ongoing enablement opportunities
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

     

    • Aspects of previous roles must include functions related to sales and imparting knowledge to others.

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

    • B2B Inside Sales Experience
    • Experience using the following Software is a plus: Salesforce (CRM), Chorus/Gong, Outreach (or similar), LMS Management, Articulate & Storyline360
    • Content Creation
    • Previous Enablement experience
    • Understanding of adult-learning techniques and learning preferences
    • Facilitating training in a remote setting
