    Job Description

    We're seeking an expert from the educational technology industry to partner with new and existing users throughout the United States. As a Solutions Consultant, you will coordinate with users of our Turnitin suite of products on implementation of the solutions across institutions and systems, ensuring successful adoption and integration of our service during the first year and throughout subsequent years, establishing strong, long-term partnerships. 

    • Engage stakeholders in the implementation planning during the first year as well as subsequent years 

    • Work with professional development teams at institutional, district or system level to create an action plan and deliver targeted solution education opportunities based on needs.

    • Track, analyze, and report metrics aligned with goals for on boarding, adoption, and retention, and adjust plans as needed

    • Collaborate with sales and support to ensure a successful and streamlined experience and smooth communication between teams

    • Coordinate efforts when changes are made at the institution or Turnitin that impact delivery and access of service  

    • Act as liaison between customers, sales teams and technical teams to inform users of product updates and improvements

    • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, UX, Product Management, and Engineering in a highly flexible role

    • Establish materials and documentation to assist customers in understanding Turnitin solutions

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in education technology sales either as an account manager, technology specialist or trainer; additional experience in education as an instructional designer, educator, faculty training or technology staff preferred

    • Ability to collaborate with internal teams for the benefit of the customer

    • Proven capability in managing high level relationships within an institution or system

    • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

    • Deep organizational skills for long-term, collaborative projects with institutions

    • Excellent written and verbal communication, and compelling presentation skills

    • Knowledge of learning management systems, education curriculum design, educational technology, and institutional sales

    • Experience with third-party integrations strongly preferred

    • Experience in the Higher Education market strongly preferred

    • Ability to travel up to 40%
