    Hi!

    Sensyrtech is an Industrial IoT company out of HoWe are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team! You will supervise and coordinate all activities of the sales team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Bring veteran experience to a new sales team - help build out procedures and best sales practices
    • Build lead generation pipelines, work with existing B2B databases and suggest new ones for email campaigns.
    • Directly deal source, acquire, and close new leads. 
    • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
    • Establish sales goals and metrics
    • Train and evaluate employees
    • Resolve escalated customer complaints 
    • Work with HR to recruit top-tier talent

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Several years of experience in previous sales roles, lead generation, and closing deals. 
    • Experience in manufacturing sector - contacts in this industry and understanding of terminology, workflows, and operations of industrial firms.
    • Veteran leadership skills to take charge of a new sales team. 
    • INITIATIVE - ability to do your own research and suggest best ways forward. 
    • Passion - drive to put in the extra effort to help close business. 
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
    • Flexibility - May require cross-state travel

     

    STRONGLY PREFERRED

    • Experience in the IoT industry - high tech, telecomms, or communications equipment and experience selling products of this nature. 
    • Previous work with or for companies in the energy sector - oil and gas, down-mid-upstream centric firms. Hydrocarbon exploration, natural gas exploration, oil/gas field operations experience.
