    We have an immediate opening for a full-time psychological therapist position. This position is open to individuals who already have an associate-level license: Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) or Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW). If you have an associate-level license, please apply. You must have a master's degree that is focused on psychological counseling. We are looking for someone who is not independently licensed.  We offer flexible hours (including evening and weekend). You can work about 50% of the time from home at the present time. The immediate need is for a therapist to offer outpatient therapy services in our clinic located in Central Phoenix. Individual clinical supervision (with board-approved supervisors) will be offered weekly at no additional expense to associate-level clinicians. Attendance to both group and individual supervision is required weekly. You will have the opportunity to be trained by a group of Psychologists and Licensed Professional counselors who are all driven, knowledgeable, professional, and ethical. Most importantly, they are kind and will serve as a mentor for the rest of your career. This position offers a base salary of $45,000 with the opportunity of bi-weekly bonus pay for a total of $55,400 annually. . In addition to this, employee benefits include health insurance, vacation time, and accrued PTO. Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Conduct Intakes • Develop individualized treatment plans to individual service needs • Conduct individual therapy on a weekly basis • Complete required paperwork • Applies best practice standards and outcome measurements as related to clinical practices • Maintain client records, treatment statistics, and other documentation according to practice standards • Participates in individual supervision that meets the standards set by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Licensure and in accordance with Sentience, PLLC policy • Other duties, as assigned COMMUNICATES ACCURATELY, CLEARLY, AND PROFESSIONALLY • Communicates in a positive, respectful, and courteous manner • Understands and maintains private and sensitive information within the confines of need-to-know parameters • Reviews email daily and promptly responds to email communication within 24 hours of receiving the email • Submits complete and accurate reports, forms, and other written information as required in accordance with Sentience, PLLC policy • Maintains a calendar on a weekly basis that is available to supervisors and relevant coworkers • Attends staff and other meetings as requested • FUNCTIONS AS AN EFFECTIVE TEAM MEMBER WITH CO-WORKERS AND THE LONG-TERM CARE COMMUNITY TO BUILD PRODUCTIVE, COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS THAT SUPPORT THE ACHIEVEMENT OF PROGRAM GOALS AND OBJECTIVES • Shares pertinent information with supervisor and staff regarding work progress, successes, barriers, concerns, and other areas that may have an impact on the department’s services or image, may affect relationships with key participating parties within the confines of need-to-know • UTILIZES SUPERVISION EFFECTIVELY TAKES INITIATIVE TO SECURE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND APPLIES RELEVANT INFORMATION TO THE WORK SETTING • Prepares and participates in supervision that is regular, reflective, and collaborative in nature • Recognizes the personal limits of competencies and expertise, seeks supervision and guidance as needed • Maintains awareness of current professional information in the fields of activity, undertakes regular and ongoing efforts to maintain competencies in the skills used, and incorporates and demonstrates new knowledge and skills on the job • Maintains a reasonable level of awareness of current professional information in fields of activity and undertakes regular and ongoing efforts to maintain competence in skills used • Notifies supervisor of crisis situations, unusual incidents, and/or ongoing problems within appropriate timelines (including reports to Child Protective Services/Adult Protective Services) Qualifications: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: • Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work (or a related field where psychology therapy training was the focus) • Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) (must be licensed to work in the state of Arizona) • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)(must be licensed to work in the state of Arizona) SKILLS • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Well organized • Ability to be flexible, as specific tasks/situations change • Under direction, possess the ability to work independently but also be able to work in a team environment • Ability to develop and implement treatment plans within the framework of a clinical team • Strong computer literacy using Microsoft products and other related software • Ability to learn new software in a timely manner Compensation: $45,000 - $55,400 yearly
