    Alertive Healthcare is an innovative and high growth startup focused on remote patient monitoring that has received a YCombinator Award, participated in the Stanford StartX Accelerator, and received a National Science Foundation grant.

    We are looking for a high performing sales account manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate must be able to tackle the daily challenges of a fast paced startup environment while delighting our customers and driving rapid account growth.

    AS AN ACCOUNT MANAGER, YOU WILL:

    • Drive account growth at our clients, including upselling and cross-selling
    • Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers
    • Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
    • Ensure customers receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
    • Provide technical, troubleshooting and operational support as needed
    • Identify client needs and opportunities and provide feedback to the sales organization to support sales objectives
    • Partner with account executives and sales leadership to learn market dynamics and local customer motivations and needs while providing excellent service
    • Forecast and track client account metrics
    • Service multiple clients concurrently with a set cadence of deliverables
    • Keep records of customer transactions

    ABOUT YOU:

    • Minimum of 3 years of healthcare-related work experience in a patient and provider facing capacity
    • Proven ability to build/maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues across organization levels
    • Entrepreneurial nature
    • Motivated and creative with a “do what it takes for success” attitude
    • Comfort with Microsoft tools and other applications (i.e. Hubspot)
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communications skills
    • Ability to coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadlines
    • Frequent required travel to local customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings. While performing the duties of this job.
    • Regularly required to be independently mobile - 80% of the time
    • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
