JOB SUMMARY

At Sentral, we are building a team of people-first focused individuals who thrive on going above and beyond. Ideal candidates will exemplify a good sense of humor, a positive attitude, a growth mindset, and an entrepreneurial drive. The Package Concierge serves as the point person for all technology-related and package-related needs. This role will receive and inspect deliveries from carriers, log inconsistencies, assist residents at our reception desk, and deliver packages three times daily. The Package Concierge will exemplify excellent hospitality and customer service to all residents, guests, staff, and vendors, manage all package-related communication for the property, and perform all other duties as needed. This role will partner with the Resident Ambassador, and assist cross-department teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet residents with a smile and by their name.
• Ensure residents that their needs are our number one priority.
• Receive and inspect all incoming deliveries from carriers.
  • Log necessary inconsistencies/damages
• Notify residents of package receipt for hold or delivery.
• Deliver packages to residents' door 3 times daily.
• Serve as a conduit to troubleshooting and escalating internet items that may arise at the property.
• Assist residents with scheduling and pickup of outgoing packages.
• Develop and maintain positive working relations with others, comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Maintain accurate and complete shift notes and “pass-on” logs to ensure successful communication through shift changes.
• HS Diploma
• 0-1 years of experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs

• Must be available to work late at night or early in the morning and overtime, when required

• Ability to handle situations with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality

• Strong desire to expand personal horizons, be the best, and be part of creating something special
