We are seeking reliable and experienced Armed Security Officers to become an integral part of our team. These Armed Security Officers will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons. Full Time and part time positions available. The pay range for this Armed Security Officer position is $19.00-$22.00 per hour.

We are hiring for multiple locations in the Northern Virginia Area including:

Alexandria

Tyson's Corner

Sterling

Leesburg

Manassas

Responsibilities:

Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules

Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security

Warn violators of premise rules and regulations

Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts

Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes

Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

Qualifications:

Must have a active and valid armed VA DCJS license (MUST HOLD A VIRGINIA STATE DCJS ARMED LICENSE)

Highly preferred 2 years previous experience in armed security, law enforcement, corrections, or active duty military

First Aid and CPR/AED certified

Must be capable of standing, walking, climbing stairs, running, physically restraining a violent person, lifting objects weighing up to 50lbs

Strong attention to detail
