Senturion's West coast headquarters are in Rancho Cucamonga. The Recruiting Specialist position is a part time role that would eventually grow to full time career position. Full business professional attire will be required.

RECRUITING SPECIALIST WILL;

• Receive and direct walk in visitors and executive appointments
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls (6 lines)
• Build rapport with guests in lobby area and lounge
• Manage executive meeting schedule
• Local store and market data reporting
• Conduct phone interviews
• Database management

As we grow, positions in leadership and management open up in many departments, including human resources, finance and sales/ marketing. Though this role is a part time role initially, there is room to grow to full time and long term career positions.
